Background2: That the Executive approve the making of a Public Spaces Protection Order to the rear of Murray Road. That the Council monitor and review the impact of the measures contained in the Public Spaces Protection Order over the next 12 months, and in accordance with the legislation, conduct a formal review within three years of the date of the Order being made.
