Background2: To note the LGA Peer Review of Overview and Scrutiny Feedback Report at Appendix 1 and its recommendations; To agree to develop a single committee structure supported by Task and Finish Groups aligned to Council priorities; To agree the removal of the Corporate Overview and Scrutiny Committee and the Community Overview and Scrutiny Committee with immediate effect; To agree the establishment of a single 12 Member committee, known as the Overview and Scrutiny Committee with immediate effect; To agree that the Overview and Scrutiny Committee will establish ad hoc non constituted Task and Finish Groups aligned to Council priorities and its Work Programme of which the wider Council Membership will have an opportunity to participate in; To agree that the Constitution and revised Terms of Reference for the Overview and Scrutiny Committee be updated, considered by the Constitution Review Group and recommended to Council; To agree that key recommendations 1 and 3-7 outlined in
