PDF 389 KB Minutes: The Deputy Monitoring Officer presented the report, explaining that the complaint cases on the agenda have been referred to the Standards Committee by the Monitoring Officer for assessment because of the nature of the complaints and the sensitivity around them. The Chair Moved: “That under Section 100 (A) (4) fo the Local Government Act 1972, the public be excluded from the meeting for the following items of business on the grounds that they may involve the likely disclosure of exempt information as defined in paragraphs 1 and 2 of part 1 of Schedule 12 (a) of the Act”.
