Objectives

 

·  Developing our people by delivering our Workforce Development Plan

 

·  Supporting people to deal with money problems by working with partners such as Allerdale Credit Union to promote safe credit sources

 

·  Implement a revised corporate planning process to ensure the revised Council Plan for 2016/7 meets the needs of residents

 

·  Review the Medium term financial strategy to ensure a sustainable financial future for the council by adopting a long term approach to any further central funding reduction

 

·  Implement the new staff behaviour framework

 

·  Implement the new structures in Financial Services and Governance Services

 

·  Take an active role in Emergency Planning and Business Continuity functions and promoting their importance with elected members
